Excellent central location, great amenities, receptive host!

Apart from the excellent central location, the warm decor and great amenities, Tommaso was a terrific host ready to accommodate every trouble or need and was incredibly receptive throughout the whole stay.

There was no specific one thing. There was no air-conditioning but this is not unusual in a historic building!

Great stay great location

Overall this was a great stay, and location.

Overall excellent experience. Two suggestions: I think the refrigerator should have been plugged in before arrival and I also think it would be nice to have some ground coffee in the kitchen (if possible).

lovely stay in superb apartment only 30 mins from Florence. Prato itself was a great town to explore.

This was a spotlessly clean well equipped apartment, full of character. The bed was very comfy and the facilities were excellent. the location was excellent. 4 mins walk from Prato Porta al Serraglio train station and central for all bars, shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Tommaso our host was extremely helpful recommending places to eat. Florence was a mere 30mins on the train. approx £5 return.

Prato has a very attractive old centre, it’s easy to get around & there’s quite a lot to see.

A really lovely little apartment in a great location, easy to find from the nearest station & close to everything you need in the centre of Prato. Tommaso, the host, is very nice & answered all my questions promptly, even sending through a map showing the nearest supermarket.

It might be quite noisy on Friday & Saturday nights as the piazza below is an outdoor dining area for a nearby restaurant. I stayed mid week & there was a bit of noise in the evening but not too bad. Also, you’ll need to bring your own shampoo as toiletries are not provided. No big deal.

Very good

The appartment was basic but clean, and in a very central location. Tommaso was an excellent host. He was very responsive and attentive to any request I made. Is stayed for two weeks and he arranged cleaning twice. I also needed ironing facilities which he arranged prior to my arrival. He was very lovely and kind which contributed to an enjoyable stay.

They was no washing machine, but there were facilities not too far away.

Prato and Firenze

Tommaso was an excellent host. The apartment is spacious, originally decorated. The bathroom has ideal dimensions. The kitchen is well equipped.The apartment is located in the historic center of the city, very close to the train station.

In such heat, air conditioning would have been wonderful. If you open the windows, you can't sleep because of the noise of the lower terrace and the mosquitoes. It is an ideal apartment for a couple who loves night life, but for those who want to travel a lot of noise.

Exceptional

The appartment was so mutch bigger than I thought! It was really lovely!! The host has been really kind and helpfull. Good to know is that the appartment is very, very central, close to bars, restaurants, museums and just 5 minutes away from the train station. I would strongly recomend this place!

Rented apartment in Prato was for me and my wife ideal place to start exploring Tuscany Very good connection by local train to reach main city Florance (only 15 min). After tiring day in the old historical city of Fl. fast come back with train, and enjoy in quiet evenings in old city of Prato. Tomasso was very helpful host ready to explain us every our asking. Aparetamento123 was very clean and situated in good position near local train station..
