We enjoyed our long stay here. The host Massimo is very kind, very informative and very helpful.

The apartment is spacious and great for the family vacation. It includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, well equipped kitchen and living room. It also has a parking spot in the garage. The location is perfect: very close to the train station, 2 supermarkets are near by.

Master bedroom is facing a quite busy street. Early mornings and late evenings can be very noisy and you hear it very well. Also the parking space in the garage is a bit tricky, located in the corner of garage. It’s not suitable for the big car, but for small/medium only.

Wonderful

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It’s spotlessly clean, spacious, full of natural light, modern and thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. Everything was beautifully organized and felt very well taken care of. Massimo, the owner, was incredibly kind and attentive. He responded quickly to any questions and went out of his way to help us with a small issue, even though it wasn’t his responsibility. He truly thought of everything we might need and made sure our stay was as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Highly recommend this place – we’d love to come back!

Appartamento a Prato bellissimo e accogliente

Appartamento bellissimo, molto pulito con arredo moderno e di gusto. Le stanze sono spaziose e luminose, silenziose e curate nei dettagli. È fornito di tutto, tutti i B&B dovrebbero essere così. In cucina abbiamo trovato tutto quello che poteva servirci. Letti comodissimi e asciugamani profumate e morbide. Ottima posizione al centro di Prato di fronte al supermercato, a pochi passi dalla stazione dei treni. Tutto impeccabile!

Ottima posizione e appartamento impeccabile

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questo appartamento a Prato e l’esperienza è stata molto positiva. L’alloggio è comodo, accogliente e molto pulito, dotato di tutte le comodità necessarie. Si trova in uno stabile nuovo e residenziale, in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa, pur essendo molto vicino al centro storico, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Un grande valore aggiunto è la presenza di un posto auto coperto. Massimo è stato un host premuroso, disponibile e venuto incontro a tutte le nostre richieste, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consigliamo sicuramente questa struttura.

🏡 Heerlijk verblijf in een mooie stadslocatie

Heel mooi appartement, perfect gelegen in het hart van Prato. Van hieruit konden we gemakkelijk andere steden zoals Florence, San Gimignano e.d. bezoeken — de ligging is echt ideaal. Het appartement was kraaknet, gezellig ingericht en de bedden lagen heerlijk comfortabel. Na een dag op ontdekkingstocht was het telkens fijn “thuiskomen”. De host was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam, gaf goede tips over de omgeving en zorgde dat we ons meteen welkom voelden. Een echte aanrader voor wie Prato en Toscane wil verkennen!

Der Vermieter ist super. Die Kommunikation mit ihm und mir erfolgte über WhatsApp. Er gab detaillierte und klare Anweisungen zur Schlüsselübergabe, und der Parkplatz. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr modern und sehr gut ausgestattet. Parkplätze befinden sich im Keller des Gebäudes, ein Aufzug führt zur Wohnung. Alle Zimmer sind klimatisiert. Bitte beachten Sie, dass es keinen Geschirrspüler gibt.

Bon séjour et hôte très prévoyant et disponible

Très bel accueil de la part du propriétaire Massimo. L'appartement est très bien équipé et très confortable. 2 supermarchés à moins de 5 minutes à pied. Proche du centre ville (très animé le week-end). La gare est à 15min à pied, idéal pour se rendre à Florence facilement.

Замечательный хозяин и его аппартмент

Массимо- хозяин аппартмент, произвёл на нас очень приятное впечатление. Его особенное отношение , его внимание к каждой мелочи для комфортного проживания украсило нам наш отдых в Тоскане. Быстро отвечал на наши вопросы до приезда и во время проживания . Аппартмент очень чистые, уютные, продумано все до мелочей (даже Electrical splitter возле каждой кровати), хорошее постельное белье , полотенца, капсулы для кофе и..... Можно много писать хорошего, в кратце : ЗАМЕЧАТЕЛЬНЫЕ АППАРТМЕНТ. Хорошее расположение, близко до железнодорожного вокзала, несколько метров до очень хорошего супермаркета. В каждой комнате есть кондиционер, есть отопление. В то время когда мы были нам это не понадобилось, но Массимо не ограничивал использование этих приборов. Фотографии на сайте соответствуют реальности. Очень рекомендуем выбрать этот аппартмент !!!!

la gentilezza dell'host è stata STRAORDINARIA, puntuale, gentile, preciso, dal sorriso contagioso. Una casa grande, pulita, anzi pulitissima, vicinissima al centro, in uno stabile nuovo, che è da scegliere SUBITO. Ho accompagnato i miei ragazzi e colleghi per un evento a Prato e siamo stati tutti d'accordo sul fatto che in caso di ritorno, sceglieremo assolutamente questo posto.

Proprietari cortesi e disponibili, hanno fatto trovare sia cialde per la macchina per il caffè, sia caffè in polvere per la moka, oltre ad acqua. L'appartamento è dotato di tutto l'occorrente dall'olio al sale, sino ai prodotti per pulizia e bucato. Non mancava nulla

Tolles Appartement mit Parkplatz, Lift wo man sich nur wohlfühlen kann

Die 2 Schlafzimmern sind sehr geräumig, die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man als Selbstversorger benötigt, der Besitzer, Massimo ist sehr freundlich gewesen und hat uns alles ausführlich erklärt; auch Tipps für die Erkundung in der Umgebung, besonders erfreulich, dass es 2 Badezimmer gibt (1 x Dusche/1 x Badewanne), alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet; perfekt auch die 2 Balkone; der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage und der Lift sind ein großes Plus wert!

Wenn jemand einen leichten Schlaf hat, ist es besser, das Schlafzimmer zum Hof zu beziehen.
