Very comfortable 2-family house "Villa Lucia", 2 storeys. 3 km from the centre of Prato, 1 km from the centre of Coiano, 20 km from the centre of Florenz, residential area (villas). For shared use: property (fenced), terraced garden with lawn and trees. Private: swimming pool (10 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 03.Apr. - 23.Oct.). In the house: washing machine (for shared use), heating available only from 01.Nov. - 15.Apr.. Parking. Shop 1 km, supermarket 3 km, bus stop 500 m, railway station "Prato" 3 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.
