Overall clean. Great view.
No one greeted us at the door or gave us their contact name/number. Halfway through our stay, the fridge stopped working, causing 100 euros worth of groceries to spoil. I attempted to contact the host via email, but they never responded. The only email I got a response to was the Wi-Fi password, as well as something in Italian that said we still owed 36 euros, but never got a follow-up on that either. Overall poor communication. Also, limited toilet paper and towels.

Our main and biggest issue was lack of private parking which was my 1 of the main requests.
- not very clear where is building door, lack of photos in the description - balcony without furniture to sit during evenings - no electric or gas kettle - one of the three air conditioners did not work - only 2 cups for tea - only beds for 4 persons were prepared (we traveled with 6 people) - poor communication with hosts - no private parking

Noi a Prato
Ho soggiornato solo una notte e viaggio facendo cammini, non sono un pretenzioso quindi l'alloggio era sufficientemente a posto.
Non sono pretenzioso, ma almeno la muffa lungo la parete del bagno e in camera da letto dovete toglierla, quella che ho trovato io si vede che è tempo che è lì e in grande quantità. Non solo non è bella da vedere ma fa anche male!!!!!!
