Not too much big but well cleaned room with kitchen. Being in center of Prato city. 1st floor without the lift but not so hard to bring big carry bags.

Fantastic home & host in the heart of lovely Prato!

Fantastic location for a conference at Monash, perfect facilities, and wonderful host. We accidentally took the slow train from Rome & Tommaso was very flexible with our checkin/out. He provided 2 fans which made sleeping pleasant (even during the heatwave!). Will definitely book again next year.

super location, excellent facilities, clean & great host

The apartment is spacious, very clean and comfortable and in an excellent location in the Centre of Prato. excellent choice of bars/restaurants very close. both train stations are extremely close. The host was very pleasant, welcoming and very accommodating with times/dates etc… I would definitely book again and highly recommend to anyone wanting a more personal experience than a hotel. You can cook with the facilities offered and it’s an amazing place to base yourself to travel and explore other cities. Lucca, Pistoia, Firenze, Bologna (just to name a few) are easily accessible and well worth exploring. Many thanks Tom for the kind hospitality. Best wishes

Exceptional

Tommaso was the best possible guest (very helpful, nice and with prompt replay to EVERYTHING we requested). The location is perfect (in center, close to restaurants & food stores, close to the train station - for those who want to visit surroundings). The apartment is big (we were a family of 3 pers.) and luminous, a perfect place even for a long stay.

Exceptional

The apartment is very spacious, modern and had everything I needed for a month’s stay. The location is just perfect — right in the heart of Prato and surrounded by great cafes, bars and restaurants. Tommaso was easy to contact and super attentive throughout my stay 😊 I would return in a blink!

L'appartamento è davvero molto ampio e spazioso , la cosa che mi è piaciuta di più è il bagno, il piano doccia è davvero enorme ed è comodissimo per fare la doccia, cucina elettrica ,tv , letto spazioso, molto caldo non c'è bisogno di accendere nessun riscaldamento perchè siamo stati benissimo. TOM (Proprietario) davvero disponibile e socievole, sembrava già ci conoscessimo da una vita. Casa tenuta in ottime condizioni, ci ritorneremo presto sicuramente. Il prezzo forse sembra un pò alto ma fidatevi che ne vale davvero la pena.
