We will honestly never stay in any other apartment again. This is the best choice - you won’t regret

Absolutely exceptional stay; we wouldn’t choose anywhere else again. The location is unbeatable: close to the train station and only a 7-minute walk to the city centre with lovely coffee shops, grocery stores, and a pharmacy. Truly Nr.1 for convenience. The underfloor heating in winter was an absolute game changer and easily our favourite feature - warm, cosy, and luxurious throughout our stay. Having an elevator that takes you straight to the front door was another huge plus, especially with luggage. No stairs, no hassle. We were warmly greeted by the host’s father, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. He made us coffee and shared such lovely conversations with us via Google Translate - a truly memorable and heartfelt touch. The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with essentials like coffee, sugar, and olive oil (in limited quantities), which made settling in so easy and comfortable. Hot water was consistent and reliable throughout our entire stay - something that’s surprisingly rare and very much appreciated. The bedding was luxurious and soft, the room was comfortable, and the view was beautiful. Everything about this place exceeded our expectations. We will honestly never stay in any other apartment again. This is the best choice - you won’t regret it.

a home away from home.

The location was perfect, just inside the city walls and free undercover parking was a bonus. Giugi, the host was amazing. so helpful and gave us lots of tips for things to see and places to eat. The apartment was beautifully furnished and nothing was lacking. A place you could set up as a base for travelling around Tuscany.

Excellent location, great balcony large and comfortable

Great communication from our host Giulia great location and so nicely furnished with a wonderful terrace /balcony to sit and view the old walls. Lots of thoughtful additions and lots of light and a big bathroom and very comfortable bed! Our only complaint is that we wished we had stayed longer!!

Great stay with a view of the city wall Perfect location – just a short walk to the old town. Loved the view of the historic wall. Handy garage for the car and quiet, effective air conditioning. The hosts were super friendly and welcoming. Would definitely come back!

Beautiful apartment for a longer stay!

Brilliant location with lovely view of the old city wall from the terrace and bedrooms. Easy walking distance to all the sights. Guilia was very welcoming and helpful. The kitchen was small but functional. It was very handy to have a washing machine as we were there for six nights. Would highly recommend Prato and this apartment. Thank you Guilia!

Fantastic host and apartment

Guilia and her father were fantastic hosts. Guilia was always quick to respond to any queries we had and sent us good recommendations on what to do. The apartment has everything you need. It is a 15 minute walk to the train station and approximately 30 minutes into Florence. Prato is full of surprises with all facilities within a 5 or 10 minute walk from the apartment.

A large, very clean apartment with everything you need, a wonderful, helpful host (Giulia), a safe and close to cafés and restaurant location - everything was just perfect. We recommend this place and its owners with all our hearts.

Tutto perfetto

È stato tutto perfetto, siamo venuti a Prato per una gara sportiva, il ritrovo era a 5' dalla struttura, c'era, come descritto, il posto auto privato, cosa importantissima, e gli albergatori disponibilissimi a risolvere qualsiasi esigenza. Ottimo, se servirà ci torneremo

Casa comoda e silenziosa

Casa accogliente con il balcone, molto silenziosa. Comoda da ogni punto di vista: molto bene attrezzata la cucina, tanta la scelta di cuscini e ha l'ascensore. Camera padronale spaziosa col lettone comodo. Bagno super pulito. Giulia gentilissima!!!

Nella seconda camera proporrei un letto alla francese il divanetto non è comodissimo.

Eccellente appartamento

Bell'appartamento nuovo e ben arredato, ci si potrebbe trascorrere tranquillamente un lungo periodo di tempo perché non manca davvero nulla. A pochi minuti a piedi dal castello e dotato di posto auto nel garage sotterraneo.

L’appartement fabuleux, propre , tout y était jusqu’au moindre détail, proche des centres d’intérêts à pied, le plus un garage gratuit en dessous , la gentillesse de notre hôte et très réactif à nos demandes , je recommande ++++++
