Very nice villa with all needed equipments. Absence of air conditioning is not a concern as house is well isolated and keep cool. Owners are very nice and helpful

Home from home
The Villa is situated in a quiet residential area in close proximity to local amenities, such as supermarket, bars and restaurants. The villa felt homely and has all the facilities you need for a short or long stay holiday. The pool is lovely, a decent size and clean, just beware it deepens quite quickly up to a maximum depth of around 5 foot, (160cm) The welcome was very friendly without being obtrusive,, we loved seeing Mirella in the mornings, cleaning the pool and pool area, truly a lovely person. Prato itself seems a very friendly community and the restaurants and bars were very welcoming. Trains from Prato are cheap and interconnect pretty well anywhere within Italy
Nothing of note, Prato centro is about 2 miles away but you can park clise(ish) for free and walk in. We didn't like our personal lack of Italian but this did not hamper us too much. Have a few phrases under your belt or use your phone to translate and you will get by. Beds were a bit firm for us but I guess that's personal choice

Perfect place!
We, a group of 4 persons, visited Villa Lucia in the first week of June 2019. The main purpose of the trip was the MotoGP race in Mugello. Immediately when we arrived we feel in love with this place, and it is the same ever since. The pool is very big and was already very warm so we used it everyday. The house has a lot of space inside with a very nice atmosphere. The internet connection is very good and fast. The beds are more then comfortable. The house has central heating which works very well and heats up the interion in 15 minutes. The parking is also perfect. The host was very helpful and friendly. The neighborhood is very calm, and although you are situated in a street with houses around you, you feel like you are far away from it. I can recommend this house, and we will be coming back again for sure, hope already in 2020.

1. M. BECAGLI était très très gentille. On est arrivé tard le soir et ils nous ont donné plein de choses à manger. C'est ça le gentillesse. 2. Très bien situé si vous avez une voiture. Le Esselunga est énorme et 3 mins de voiture. Lidl aussi.

We hebben het samen gezellig gehad
Het zwembad was ruim, en de locatie was ook goed
Alles was erg gedateerd met name de keuken voorzieningen, zwembad mag ook opgeknapt worden, 1 douche kwam bijna geen water uit. Aangegeven dat we om 09:30/10:00 uur wilden vertrekken maar de hostess was er al om 07:30 om schoon te maken. In de omgeving met name bij de buren waren de gehele dag en nacht honden aan het blaffen.

Vielleicht etwas mehr Küchenausstattung…ggf. Topper für die Matratzen… Sonst super!!!
