Excellent small flat in heart of Prato's historic centre
The apartment Maria offers in Prato's historic centre is a real gem - extremely well-furnished, large, and comfortable with a complete kitchen. She was extremely helpful, kind, and easy to get in touch with. My mother and I mostly ate, shopped, etc. in Prato's little-known (but lovely, charming, and thankfully un-touristed) historic centre and commuted into Florence and Pisa for sightseeing. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
The apartment is a little damp because of the first-floor location, but nothing too bad.

Casa con evidenti problemi di umidità. Le pareti erano bagnate, la puzza di umidità già entrando in casa. Trovati anche 2 scarafaggi in cucina. Prima di arredare i sottoscala bisognerebbe trasformarli in strutture adeguate per turisti. Sconsigliatissimo.

Schöner Aufenthalt direkt in der Altstadt in bestem Ambiente!
Die supernette Dame, die sich um alles gekümmert hat.
Dass alles über Strom funktioniert (Heizung, Kochen usw.) aber man aufpassen muss, zu viel eingeschaltet zu haben...sonst Blackout. Und es fehlen 1-2 kleine Töpfe ;-)

La casa è in pieno centro. La proprietaria, gentilissima, ci ha aiutato a risolvere un’incoveniente dovuto a una nostra dimenticanza. Le due camere permettono di avere privacy e comodità.
