A very enjoyable week's stay in excellent accommodation.

The property was well equipped, very clean and in a good location for the beach, shops & coastal walking. It also had plenty of car parking space. After my arrival the owners came to check that everything was fine for me.

A vert enjoyable week away and we visited local seaside towns and Beer Quarry.

We were self catering and the appartment was walking distance to the town and seafront. We were near bus stops. The property had a garden you could sit in.

A fantastic place!

The place was absolutely gorgeous inside. Each room had a good amount of space and the property was spotless. It is also in a great location, only a 10 minute walk away from the beach and shops. Karen is a lovely host. The garden is beautiful too.

The only small niggle I would have, is the WiFi could be better. It was only working in the living room, but this wouldn’t stop me from staying here again.

Spotlessly clean and tidy, light and airy with a lovely garden. The welcome basket was much appreciated, particularly the the scones, jam and cream.

Everything! Beautiful apartment, clean, comfortable, immaculate. Well equipped, with everything we could possibly want. Lovely location close to town and sea front. Couldn't fault anything.

A perfect short break for us

Extremely clean and well equipped

Mattress was a little hard but Karen provided a topper and an extra pillow and we were extremely comfortable from then on.

The property was immaculate a proper home from home apartment beautifully decorated.The location was absolutely perfect a short walk from everything and the owner was so friendly.

Comfortable and convenient.

This apartment is spacious and so comfortable, it is bright and well cared for. It's very attractively decorated with anything we could want and this makes it feel very homely. There is also the opportunity to use the house garden which we did a couple of times during the evening. We were welcomed by the owner who instantly feels like a friend, she lives in the attached house so is available if needed. It is only about ten minutes walk into Seaton centre and the sea front down a hill which seems shorter the more you walk up and down with frequent buses that save using the car for some day trips. Highly recommend.

Perfect location and an excellent apartment which exceeded our expectations.

Great location for exploring the Jurassic coast. Karen was an excellent host and ensured we had a great time by providing lots of local information and restaurant recommendations.

A beautiful apartment!

Fring House apartment is very comfortable and clean, beautifully decorated and is in a brilliant location close to the town centre and beach. The lounge is so roomy and light. The kitchen is well stocked with just about everything you could need to self cater. Plenty of free onsite parking available. Nice big power shower and a lovely rear garden all made for a wonderful stay. Karen and Trace are friendly welcoming hosts. Why stay anywhere else! We will return for sure. Comfortable Apartment near town and beach

Very good location within a short walking distance of Seaton sea front, town and amenities. Apartment is very comfortable for two people with a large lounge and well-equipped kitchen. Bathroom has a full-sized shower cubicle with thermostatic mixer.
