2 Bed in Seaton oc-jbshea

There was a thoughtful welcome pack. We arrived at 20:00 and the wine and crisps were a nice touch and very welcome :-) The property was warm, very clean and comfortable, we'd book again. The instruction book is well put together with all the information you need about the local area including places to eat.

The double bed is a bit small, we kept bumping into each other during the night when we turned over. If you're on the large size you'd struggle to fit in the bed. However, in the second bedroom the two single beds push together so you'd always have this as an option. My daughter and granddaughter used this room and were very happy with it. A small table to put drinks on while sat on the sofa's would be very helpful rather than having to put them on the floor. A minor addition that would make a big difference.

Our biggest delight with the property was that it was immaculate when we arrived! Not a spec of dust or grease, I had the impression that we were the first guests that they’d had (though we weren’t). Great location, very comfortable and perfect for our family get away. Extremely reasonably priced. We’d love to stay again.

A 9am checkout is a bit early, 10am feels a little fairer.
