Location,Location,Locaion!
We stayed 3 nights, and if you are going for a few days to visit the Penguins, this is the place. Though you can get a place cheaper a little further up the hill, if not renting a car as we did not, this apartment was worth the extra bucks
The property was in good condition, with a comfortable bed, and a balcony with a great view. I would certainly stay here again. A corner store for basics is literally around the corner. Seaforth restaurant was a 5 minute walk away, but heads up it is only open noon to 4pm and you likely need a reservation(we did not get to eat there due to this lack of knowledge on our part). It is a 2 klm walk(20 min) into the business district of Simon’s town where there are many good eateries for a later supper hour. This apartment is managed well and they have thought of everything for a traveller. I would gladly refer a friend here.

Wonderful place, I highly recommend it to everyone. The house is very clean and spacious, and it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect – very close to Penguin Beach and not far from the town center, about a 15-minute walk. The host was very kind and welcoming. I was very happy that I chose this place for my stay.

Location is great with easy access to Simon’s Town and surrounds. The apartment is well equipped with most of the essential amenities a traveler needs including a washing machine. There is even a small garden and swimming pool in the building.
At the date of our stay in July 2025 the apartment needed maintenance. There was a severe damp issue and mold that needs to be repaired and removed. There was also no heating to warm the apartment up and it can get quite fresh in the winter months. The outside garden was also poorly kept and could be an absolute gem if better maintained. We also found personal belongings from previous visitors in drawers which raised questions about the thoroughness of cleaning taking place. During this stay we felt the apartment was not worth the rate charged in its current condition.
