Great location and very nice staff. Great hangout areas and views.
A/c wasn’t working too well in our large room, but it wasn’t terribly uncomfortable, just a little stuffy and maybe something for the hotel to look into into their bigger rooms.

Our host Souzana was very helpful and friendly, sorted out what we needed for various tours and activities. The location was very handy to all the local shops, bars and restaurants too. The view down to the water was very spectacular, great to have a sun deck, spa tub, and little swimming pool to use as well. Nice to have the room serviced and clean every day and fresh water bottles provided. We appreciated the porters helping us to get our bags up and down the stairs too!
The stairs were certainly a workout! Also had to be a bit careful about the slippery bathroom floor. For some reason, water from one of the two shower heads was slightly cooler than the other, not sure why. Air conditioner was a bit noisy too.
