The staff were nice and helpful. Location was great!! I love the view from my spa!!!
I missed having a full body mirror, and also it barely had any lights in the bathroom.

It is such a beautiful and unique place to stay! A lot of space for a larger group but not a of privacy, which was okay for our family of 5 for two nights.
The jacuzzi is not heated and since it's not outside in the sun , it did not get very warm when we were there in June. The stone floors are VERY slippery when wet, so someone with balance or mobility issues should be very careful.

From the moment you walk in thru the hotel doors feels like you are inside a postcard. The view from the restaurant to Caldera where we had our breakfast every morning was the highlight of the hotel for us, and the warm welcome from Simona which made the experience even more memorable. She was wonderful, charismatic, helped us plan our shore excursions always with a big smile on her face, it was priceless ...

Great location, great view good breakfast
Very plain, no privacy for outside personal jacuzzi, hard to reach staff for help with baggage up many high and steep steps
