I absolutely loved staying at On the Cliff in Santorini! The hotel has an excellent location with breathtaking caldera views, and the breakfast was delicious. The charming atmosphere and stunning scenery made my stay truly special and unforgettable. Highly recommended!
The staff mistakenly placed another customer's luggage directly in front of our room without realising that we had not checked out yet. However, the manager responded appropriately and asked the staff to move the luggage away. I appreciate the manager's prompt action in resolving the issue. Hopefully, the hotel can improve communication among staff to prevent similar situations from happening again.

Location, view, ambience of cave house, amazing and helpful staff
The larger beds were comfortable but the smaller beds were extremely uncomfortable. We used the outdoor cushions under the mattresses to be able to sleep. Definitely needs improvement

Everything was perfect! Great location, walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. Such a clean room and patio area was amazing to sit and enjoy sunrise or sunset. The host was amazing, so easy to communicate with and the complementary breakfast was more than I expected.
The stairs which I was aware of in advance were manageable with handrails could see that could be challenging for some

Great location, great view good breakfast
Very plain, no privacy for outside personal jacuzzi, hard to reach staff for help with baggage up many high and steep steps
