The view was absolutely breathtaking; one of the best in Santorini! The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the suite was clean and comfortable. The location is great, very close to the center of Fira.
It’s important to note that access involves a lot of stairs, so it’s not ideal if you have heavy or large suitcases. Breakfast could be improved with a bit more variety and freshness.

It was clean, there was a porter that would carry our luggage from town centre to property, the staff were nice and helpful.
The room had many small things in a poor state (main door handle is near broken, clothing cabinet shelf) and bathroom is very small. The air con probably also needs a new dust filter or clean. The breakfast is probably the worst in Greece, you need to really up the game on that compared to other places at same price!!!

Pros: very comfortable bed, pouffy pillows, excellently cooked eggs and good coffee, lots of storage, large balcony and bigger pool than other rooms, aesthetically pleasing shower, lots of towels, fantastic view, quiet at night, robes/slippers a great touch, good breakfast ending time of 11am for us who got up around 10, delicious cherry jam, wine glasses and tumblrs in room, clean, great location
Cons: Management sometimes appeared aloof or dismissive, no blankets/extra linen, only eggs/omelette and bread OR fruit/yoghurt, not both and no additions, lounges were brought to our balcony on our final day having asked 3 times, technically not a suite as it’s one room w bathroom, fixtures loose and shower head meant that the bathroom flooded, emergency escape light is very bright so we covered it, not clear where to go for breakfast initially, kettle in room but no cups/spoons, some what looked like nail varnish on floor wasn’t cleaned away, bad finish ie mastic around glass, broken light shades, exposed wires
