Talk about feeling at home! This place took great care of us like royalty! The room was extra clean and sanitized. The service was impecable. The amenities too notch and a view of paradise! Run here don’t walk! Special shout out to Simone our receptionist for going above and beyond in organization.

Great room. Everything was very clean. From the washroom, bed sheets, pool, all very well maintained. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast that was included was quite tasty. I will say you are in the heart of Fira, so you will hear music from the bars/restaurants till around 3-4am. Also keep in mind, since you are literally on the cliff, there are quite a few steps and steep stairs to get up. The view was absolutely breathtaking and would recommend this stay!

Excellent location and view. The room is exactly as the pictures and was kept clean. We had a problem where our very heavy bathroom door came off the hinge and cracked, then had no bathroom door the rest of our stay. The server at the restaurant was hard to communicate with and got our order wrong once. Reception staff is not always available. Nothing impacted our trip too much so it was fine. Also there is no private parking for this hotel, not sure why they say there is.

We had a fabulous stay at On the Cliff. We were met from our transfer and bags helpfully carried to our rooms for us. We booked junior suite b which was lovely but we were very kindly upgraded to a deluxe suite from our 2nd night - absolutely beautiful! Thank you, thank you! Cannot fault the staff, so kind and attentive! Will recommend 😊
