Accommodating up to 8 guests, the villa is thoughtfully arranged over two bright and spacious floors. On the ground floor, you'll find an elegant living room with TV, a cosy reading area with a fireplace, and a modern fully equipped kitchen featuring a large central island and dining area for eight guests. This floor also includes a double bedroom adapted for guests with reduced mobility and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, the master suite enjoys beautiful views of the sea and pool, together with an en-suite bathroom. Two additional double bedrooms and two further bathrooms provide comfort and privacy for everyone.
The outdoor area has been designed to make the most of the Mediterranean lifestyle. The large private swimming pool features a safety fence for children, offering extra peace of mind for families travelling with young children. Relax by the pool, soak up the sun surrounded by nature, or enjoy unforgettable lunches and dinners in the spectacular fully equipped outdoor kitchen, complete with an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, barbecue and a large covered dining table seating up to 18 guests. A bathroom with shower and an additional outdoor shower provide extra convenience during long summer days by the pool.
From Finca Sa Pletassa, you can easily explore some of the most beautiful places in southeast Mallorca. Wir waren schon öfter hier und es ist immer wieder ein Erlebnis. Tolle Finca für 8 Personen, wir sind immer mit 2 Familien dort. Restaurants, Strände, Golfplatz, alles in direkter Nachbarschaft. Wir kommen wieder.
Nur die Austattung der Küche kann noch verbessert werden.

Wir waren im September 3 Tage in der Finca. Die ist modern eingerichtet (Küche & Badezimmer top) und es fehlt eigentlich an gar nichts. Das Grundstück könnte noch den einen oder anderen Baum vertragen, aber das wird die Zeit erledigen (die Finca ist ja brandneu). Der kleine Grillpavillon verfügt über eine eigene Küche mit einem - sehr praktisch - großen Kühlschrank. War ein toller Aufenthalt und wir würden wieder kommen.
Zu Fuß sind es 25 Minuten bis zum Strand, mit dem Auto keine 5. Dort ist auch ein kleiner SPAR in dem man die nötigsten Sachen bekommt. Margarita ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, auch die Kommunikation hat problemlos geklappt. Sie hat auch ein Reisebüro, d.h. kann auch mit Mietwagen, Flügen, etc. helfen.
