About this house rental

Welcome to this beautiful typical village house with a garden, located at Portocolom, near the sea, where 8 guests will feel like at home.
This house disposes of a wonderful grass area, hammocks where you can relax and sunbathe, and different terraces and porchs that surround the house. An external shower is ideal to refresh quickly after a long day at the beach. Later, you can prepare a tasty barbecue with your loved ones.

The property is divided in three floors, including up to three living-rooms, four bedrooms with a wardrobe each, and two bathrooms.

At the ground floor, there is a living-room with big glass windows, where you can relax watching the satellite TV. There is a second living-room with a nice dining-room area, the gas equipped kitchen that preserves the typical majorcan style and a bathroom with a shower. Three of the four bedrooms are also located at this floor, one has a double bed, and another two has two single beds. Two of them have access to a lovely furnished terrace. If you come over with your baby, we will provide you a cot and a high chair.

Upstairs, you will arrive to an attached area of the house, where there is another living-room with a TV if you fancy some time on your own, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bath.

At the -1 floor, there is an independent laundry area with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The dining room as well as all the bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Portocolom still preserves the old fishermans port and its legendary church. This is the oldest area of the town. At the other side, you will find the modern area, with more services, entertainment day and night at the restaurants, bars and pub's. There is also a wide range of sandy beaches and close coves, that preserve the sailors district atmosphere typical from this part of Majorca. Every morning, you can still see little boats sailing from the bay. If you like sports like golf, you are at the perfect place. Go and play at Vall d'Or golf course, at s'Horta.

[+] The beds are very comfy; the kitchen is very well equipped; there are so many places to sit together: living rooms, terraces, balconies.. The garden is nice. There is like a 2nd apartment on the 1st floor with own living room and bathroom. Stairs are outside. Makes it a very quiet place upstairs. The rest of the rooms are downstairs. You can walk to the beach or a little food court within 15-20 minutes. In case you need night life next to you, it might not be your place to be. It is in a quiet living area (accept of the neighbors dog ;D) We liked it a lot!

Merveilleux séjour. La maison est grande, bien située et le jardin est verdoyant, très charmant. Merci pour tous les équipements mis à disposition pour les enfants. On reviendra :)
