About this house rental
Fantastic four bedroom villa, fresh stylish decor with feel-good factor. The villa is located in a quiet residential area in Porto Colom, Mallorca and has a large garden with several dining and chilling areas and a beautiful pool.
Two-story villa. On the ground floor there is the living room with access to the spacious covered terrace and the pool area, a well-equipped kitchen with pantry, spacious dining table and access to the terrace. A utility room and guest toilet are next to the kitchen. There are also three bedrooms on the ground floor. A bedroom with a double bed - without air conditioning - and a bedroom with two single beds share a separate shower room. The third bedroom is furnished with a double bed - two mattresses pushed together - bathroom en suite with separate bath and shower and access to the terrace. A staircase leads to the upper floor, here is the master bedroom with an integrated open shower room and access to a private terrace with a nice chill area.
Fantastic large and very well-kept garden with pool and various beautiful and high quality chill areas. Brick modern barbecue. There is also a large checkers game with huge characters for children and adults.
