About this villa rental
Two-floor villa for 8 people in Portocolom, with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an elevated pool.
This two-floor villa is located in a very quiet area of Portocolom, the house has no parking for customers but it is easy to park in front of the house; there is an entrance decorated with bamboo canes next to the main door, which leads to the living room in which we find the staircase to the second floor, the living room has a large sofa, a dining table and television, next to this, there is a fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and all the necessary kitchenware.
Finally, on the ground floor there is a room with a double bed and a bathroom with shower.
On the second floor there are two bedrooms with two single beds each one, a bathroom with shower and hydro massage and a double-bed suite with a full bathroom with hydro massage bathtub.
From the dining room, we have access to the rear area of the house where we find a tent in which there is a dining table, a wonderful cement barbecue, 8 hammocks, a lawn area and a 6-meter long elevated pool.
The house has central heating, satellite TV and Wifi.

Check in online, cajita de llaves con clave, limpieza y orden de la casa, tranquilidad del barrio. Extras como parasol y pelota.
Ofrecer toallas para la piscina y playa , un parlante de musica, así como juegos de mesa.

Ein tolles Haus mit einer modernee Einrichtung. Die Küche hat wirklich alles was man braucht und mehr. Garten mit Pool und Außendusche ist super. Der Grill ist auch voll in Ordnung.
Die liegen im Garten sind nicht mehr die besten. Angabe zum Strand stimmen. Aber der weg ist im Hochsommer sehr anstrengend, da man sehr viele Hügel die steil sind hoch und runter muss.

Ich fange mit Frau Krohn vor Ort an, Sie ist eine Perle!
Zum Haus kann ich sagen,dass alles so war wie beschrieben geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Küche für Spanien sehr gut bestückt. Der Pool ist das Herzstück unser Enkel 7 Monate fühlte sehr wohl darin wir natürlich auch.
Was in unseren Augen absolut zu verbessern wäre ist der Grill.
Auch ein paar Sachen für den Strand wären nicht schlecht das kennen wir aus anderen Unterkünften und wurde immer gut angenommen.
