In addition to lawns, there is a great stock of trees that provide natural shade and a cosy atmosphere. The centrepiece of the complex is of course the tiled pool with sun loungers, trendy straw parasols and a cosy chill-out lounge. A romantic seating area under shady trees invites you to read or serves as an airy garden office. If you want to be active, you can play table tennis, water polo, basketball or volleyball. The large covered terrace with dining table and two barbecue stations - a brick barbecue with charcoal and a mobile gas barbecue - offers a marvellous view for convivial meals. The terrace leads directly into the spacious living and dining area, which is wonderfully bright thanks to the wide floor-to-ceiling glass fronts. The trendy sofa area has a built-in fireplace and a large LED TV. In the centre of the room is the dining area with its stylish table, from which you can enjoy the view outside. The modern open-plan kitchen with high-quality equipment and many extras such as Thermomix, induction, steam cooker and wine fridge also has direct access to the large terrace. A further living room with TV, one of the four bedrooms and a shower room are also located on the ground floor. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are three further bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. E-darts, various German-language books, board games and a WII games console round off the entertainment facilities of this villa on Mallorca. And with the free hire bike, you can easily pick up breakfast rolls in the morning.
