About this apartment rental

First floor apartment with outdoor terrace with stunning views of the sea, gardens and pool. Fully equipped: 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, and kettle. Quiet and closed urbanization with tennis court, paddle tennis, large communal pool available all year, on the beachfront, right on the edge of the sea. Private parking in basement. Ideal place for a relaxing holiday.

Apartment located in the urbanization Arruzafa Playa, one of the most prestigious residential complexes of La Cala de Mijas. It is located right on the edge of the sea and has large garden areas, swimming pool and free sports areas. It is located on the edge of the largest beach in Mijas and one of the best on the western Costa del Sol. It sports the Blue Flag that is awarded to the best beaches for its quality and equipment. A few meters you have restaurants, supermarkets and hypermarkets without a car. This is a private apartment. We help our guests to plan their trip, we personally receive them upon arrival and resolve any incident during the stay.

Quiet and closed urbanization, on the beachfront, next to the new Coastal Path of Mijas; It passes in front of the urbanization and travels almost 6 kms of wooden path at the edge of the sea from La Cala de Mijas to Puerto Cabopino. Large communal gardens with swimming pool and direct access to the beach, tennis court and paddle free of charge for residents. Private parking in basement. The common areas are spacious and with careful maintenance. Wi Fi is available in common areas. This is a quiet urbanization and respectful of the rules of coexistence. Enjoy it and also think about the rest of those around you.

The urbanization is located 500 meters from La Cala de Mijas, an old fishermen's enclave by the sea now converted into a small tourist town where you have all the services (restaurants, supermarkets, commerce, medical services, Civil Guard, Post Office, etc) where you can walk in a few minutes on a pleasant walk by the sea along the Coastal Path. In the Term of Mijas it has a multitude of tourist attractions, including a racecourse, seven golf courses, ... Nearby, you can also find the marinas of Cabopino, Fuengirola, Marbella and Banús. There is an excellent beach bar restaurant right on the beach in front of the urbanization, where you can also, if you wish, rent sun beds and umbrellas. In summer there are establishments of water activities at sea, rental of jet skis, canoes, kayaks, windsurfing boards, ...

The urbanization is next to the Autovía del Mediterráneo (Autovía A7) so you have a bus stop and taxi nearby. There are bus lines that connect the entire Costa del Sol and also with other cities in Andalusia. It is recommended to visit the nearby coastal towns of Marbella, Fuengirola, Estepona, Benalmádena and Torremolinos. The province of Malaga also has a large number of indoor towns of great cultural and tourist interest, among which the population of Mijas Pueblo stands out for its uniqueness and proximity. Especially advisable to visit the nearby cities of Malaga and Granada. Taxis offer closed prices to take you to the main tourist destinations in the area. No surprises In La Cala there is a rental a car establishment where, if you wish, you can rent a car. There are also bike rentals.

Property is in an excellent location, on beachfront at back of boardwalk with easy access to local bars, restaurants & centre of La Cala de Mijas. Views excellent overlooking sea/bay. The apartment is spacious, light & airy. Kitchen is well equipped for a long stay with pots & pans, dishwasher & washer.....etc. However, crockery is in need of upgrading & more glasses required. Large bedroom excellent though twin bedroom needs proper beds/mattresses for adults. 2 out of 3 sofas in lounge also need upgrading as very uncomfy. Probably ok for 1 week but not for 4 weeks. Wifi excellent but TV package also needs improving (no english speaking news channel) or advance guidance required to bring own cable/subscription/firestick etc. Overall very good & La Cala de Mijas is great place for long term out of summer season stay. Underground garage is a bonus as car parking is always difficult in town centre.

We arrived early and was greeted by mercedes , prompty and she was fantastic explaining things to us , language barrier not a problem with google translation !!! 😂 , we had a fabulous time sea view to die for , close to all amenities and within walking distance , will definately book again in the future , beds comfy , sofa comfy , .....washing machine could do with replacing but overall a fantastic place to stay xx
