An elegant and modern apartment in the Butibamba area of La Cala, just a few meters from the Boulevard and the post office, and only 70 meters from the beach. You’ll enjoy all the amenities without needing to use a car!
The apartment is fully equipped to make your stay on the Costa del Sol an unforgettable experience! Air conditioning in the bedroom and living room, high-quality bedding and linens, fully equipped kitchen: induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, full set of kitchenware, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, and a TV with Netflix in the living room. Table and chairs on the terrace overlooking the pool and the communal garden.
La Cala offers a wide range of water activities such as kayaking, canoeing, jet skiing, boat tours, and stand-up paddleboarding... For golf lovers, this is the recommended destination due to the wide variety of golf courses in the area, which offer excellent conditions for playing the sport. The Senda Litoral runs parallel to the sea, featuring wooden walkways and a wide path stretching about 12 kilometers where you can enjoy the charm and serenity of the views. This walk is especially recommended at sunrise or sunset! The festival calendar is packed with events, both in summer and winter. The flea market is also a must-see, held on Wednesday and Saturday mornings at the fairgrounds.
If you’re arriving by plane, aside from taking a taxi or requesting a private transfer from us, you can also reach Cala de Mijas by public transportation. At the airport, you’ll find the commuter train stop for trains heading to downtown Fuengirola (just 15 km from the apartment). A few meters from the Fuengirola train station is the bus station, and the Fuengirola-Marbella line ( M-220 ) stops at La Cala de Mijas.
If you’re traveling by car, you can reach La Cala de Mijas via the highway A-7.

Our main goal is for our guests to have a pleasant experience during their stay with us and to enjoy their well-deserved vacation. If you notice any issues, please let us know and we’ll try to resolve them as soon as possible.
•Please be considerate of our neighbors; do not make noise after 10:00 PM, especially on the balcony. Playing music outside in the building or playing loud music inside the apartment is not permitted. Please keep in mind that neighbors may call the police in the event of disturbances (late at night). If we are notified of disturbances late at night and it becomes necessary for us to visit the apartment, there will be an additional charge of 100€.
•Smoking is not permitted indoors. Please smoke outside; you’ll find an ashtray on the balcony.
•Be sure to turn off the air conditioner when you leave the apartment and close the doors when using the air conditioner.
•To prevent clogs, please do not flush wet wipes down the toilet.
•The property is not liable for theft, any additional expenses incurred by the guest, or any circumstances beyond the owner’s control.
•The owner is not responsible for lost or forgotten items; however, if an item is found on the premises during cleaning, it will be sent to the provided address via cash-on-delivery.
