About this apartment rental

•Check-in for the apartment begins at 3:00 p.m.,
(Check-in after midnight: €20)
Our main goal is for our guests to have a pleasant experience during their stay with us and to enjoy their well-deserved vacation. If you notice any issues, please let us know and we’ll try to resolve them as soon as possible.
•Please be considerate of our neighbors; do not make noise after 10:00 PM, especially on the balcony. Playing music outside in the building or playing loud music inside the apartment is not permitted. Please keep in mind that neighbors may call the police in the event of disturbances (late at night). If we are notified of disturbances late at night and it becomes necessary for us to visit the apartment, there will be an additional charge of 100€.
•Smoking is not permitted indoors. Please smoke outside; you’ll find an ashtray on the balcony.
•Be sure to turn off the air conditioner when you leave the apartment and close the doors when using the air conditioner.
•To prevent clogs, please do not flush wet wipes down the toilet.
•The property is not liable for theft, any additional expenses incurred by the guest, or any circumstances beyond the owner’s control.
•The owner is not responsible for lost or forgotten items; however, if an item is found on the premises during cleaning, it will be sent to the address provided via cash-on-delivery.

Fab experience here, apartment is beautiful, decorated very tastefully and everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Our host Eva was very welcoming and available via text for any enquiries. Perfect stay, will definitely return. Nora and Eddie
