Butibamba Beach Apartment

L’emplacement est idéal : la plage est accessible à pied, un supermarché se trouve juste en bas de l’immeuble, ainsi que plusieurs cafés et la corniche pour se promener. L’hôte a également été très réactif et disponible tout au long du séjour.

La principale déception a été l’odeur persistante dans la salle de bain, qui était assez désagréable. Le confort général du logement est perfectible, notamment avec des oreillers anciens et peu confortables. Il n’y a pas de canapé dans le salon, mais cela était bien indiqué dans l’annonce et sur les commentaires . Nous avons également trouvé que certains équipements de base manquaient à l’arrivée, comme du papier hygiénique, du détergent…

The apartment is spacious and was very clean. The price we paid was very good. Dishwasher and a large fridge.

No oven. Shower has no tub and the shower curtain is short = every shower means you have to dryout the floor in the whole bathroom, no matter how much you try not to spill water. Also the shower smelled and the owner was not able to do anything about it. One of the room is missing a wall/window = you hear everything from the living room. The window blinds were fixed. For any other price , this would have been a terrible stay. There’s no couch. There’s no vacuum.

Location was fabulous proximity to beach. Plenty of free on street parking. Good air con. Full kitchen and utilities. Clean and secure . Short stroll to restaurants bars etc

We had a smell coming from the drain in the shower. Once reported it was dealt with straight away.

Lo bueno del apartamento es la ubicación, está al lado de la playa y muy cerca de la zona centro del pueblo, ideal para dar un paseo por las noches. Cerca de donde ponen el mercadillo y cerca de comercios. Es un apartamento muy amplio

La cortina de la ducha es tan corta que cada vez que te duchas se moja todo el baño. Y el baño olía tan mal que tuve que comprar lejía para echar en los desagües todas las noches. El ventilador estaba tan sucio que lo tuve que desmontar para lavarlo, porque daba asco ponerlo. La cama de matrimonio muy blanda y las almohadas llenas de pelotillas, los almohadones eran más pequeños que las almohadas y no las tapaban del todo, a una de ellas le tuve que poner una toalla alrededor para dormir. No dejan jabón lavavajillas para fregar los cacharros, ni a mano ni a máquina. La piscina estaba un poco sucia. Es una pena que no inviertan un poco en mejorar varias cosas, porque mejoraría muchísimo con muy poco.
