1.- My owners and real estate agents are "very serious and rigorous" in the conditions that regulate my lease, as well as in the identification of my characteristics.
2.- I am at 20 m. from a beautiful beach to which you will access through a pedestrian crossing.
3.- The beach where you will bathe is "excellent" accrediting the qualification of "blue flag".
4.- The urbanization where I am is formed by "low houses" of low intensity of
population, avoiding crowds of people (ideal to rest).
5.- My owners have just reformed me in 2019, with a "total work" of all my installations.
6.- I have just been decorated by a prestigious professional who has managed to put me "beautiful"
7.- My new facilities "full of light and joy" will make you enjoy as in your own home
8.- My kitchen, crockery and appliances are totally "new and last generation"
