It is located in the Arruzafa Playa residential complex, one of the most prestigious residential developments in La Cala de Mijas. It is situated right on the water’s edge and features spacious landscaped areas, a pool, and sports facilities available for free use. It is located on the edge of Mijas’s largest beach and one of the best on the western Costa del Sol. It flies the “ Azul ” flag, awarded to the best beaches for their quality and amenities. Restaurants, supermarkets, and hypermarkets are just a few meters away, so you won’t need a car. This is a private apartment. We help our guests plan their trip, welcome them personally upon arrival, and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay.

The residential complex is located 500 meters from La Cala de Mijas, a former fishing village by the sea that has now become a small tourist town where you’ll find all the amenities you need (restaurants, supermarkets, shops, medical services, the Civil Guard, post office, etc.) that you can reach in just a few minutes on foot via a pleasant seaside stroll along the Sendero Litoral. The municipality of Mijas offers a wide variety of tourist attractions, including a racetrack and seven golf courses... Nearby, you’ll also find the marinas of Cabopino, Fuengirola, Marbella, and Banús. There’s an excellent beachside restaurant right on the beach in front of the development, where you can also rent beach chairs and umbrellas if you’d like. In the summer, there are water sports centers offering personal watercraft rentals, canoes, kayaks, windsurfing boards, and more…

The development is located next to the Autovía del Mediterráneo (A7), so there’s a bus stop and taxi stand very close by. There are bus routes connecting the entire Costa del Sol as well as other cities in Andalusia. We recommend visiting the nearby coastal towns of Marbella, Fuengirola, Estepona, Benalmádena, and Torremolinos. The province of Málaga also has a large number of inland towns of great cultural and tourist interest, among which the town of Mijas Pueblo stands out for its uniqueness and proximity. A visit to the nearby cities of Málaga and Granada is especially recommended. Taxis offer fixed rates to take you to the main tourist destinations in the area. No surprises. In La Cala, there is a car rental agency where, if you wish, you can rent a car.
