Proximity to beach.
I had previously stayed in Apt 6 which was a much better apartment and outside area.

Apartment was 2 minutes walk from beach and 5 minutes walk to restaurants.
The wifi was very poor. Couldn't connect at times

- ease of checking in - central location of apartment - apartment was extremely clean - good instructions from host
- air conditioning wasn’t great- switching itself off when rooms were extremely hot - there is a foul smell from the bathroom - we have stayed in similar apartments in la cala with the same drainage smell.
