This house is ideal for those who wants to discover the green soul of the island, spending a relaxing holiday in the quiet countryside of Elba, near the beaches of the Paolina or Redinoce and halfway from the village of Procchio and the beautiful Marciana Marina. The property is part of a large farmland, with a small herd of goats, to which the owners are very attached, with a large area of surrounding greenery and Mediterranean vegetation. The property enjoys a relaxing sea view.
Villino Mare e Natura is a nice and comfortable apartment in an independent house, of about 90 sqm., for 4/5 persons with a nice sea view terrace, furnished with table and chairs for dining and relaxing. Inside, it consists of a a spacious and comfortable living room with TV, a spacious kitchen (with oven, fridge with small freezer and dishwasher), a bedroom with a double bed; one a bedroom with three single beds; a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The furniture is organized and functional, with air condition and free Wi-Fi. Outside, you can enjoy a large private garden and the private parking place. To reach the apartment with the car you need to drive along a stretch of dirt road of about 1 km.
Arrivals: check-in from 4 to 7.30 pm. Departures: check-out 9 am. Utilities: electricity, water, gas, air conditioning, etc. included. Final cleanings: € 100,00 (mandatory – to pay in office at arrival). Bed linen and towels: to bring or to rent at € 20.00 per person per week (to pay and pick up in office at arrival). Pets: not allowed. Deposit: € 150.00 (to deposit at arrival). Check-in supplement: in case of arrival after 20:00 supplement of € 20.00 (to pay in office at arrival).

Très bon emplacement et maison assez fonctionnelle. La vue est magnifique.
Il manque malgré tout pas mal d’équipements comme des couteaux,des cuillères (seulement 1 par personne), un plat qui va au four, un grille-pain, un chauffe-eau...
Le lave-vaisselle ne marche pas très bien.
Attention également à bien demander la télécommande de la climatisation car si on ne la réclame pas elle n’est pas fourni.
Attention donc au baratin du personnel de l’agence immobilière qui au départ nous disait que la climatisation n’était pas compris dans le prix (nous avons payé la location plus de 1000 eur la semaine sans le ménage...) et cela malgré le fait que ce soit écrit dans l’annonce homeliday.
Le propriétaire très discret s’occupe de l’extérieur pendant la semaine mais ce n’est pas dérangeant.
En fait c’est dommage car cette location pourrait facilement avoir 5 étoiles mais le manque d’équipements et la mauvaise gestion de l’agence immobilière font qu’on n’a pas envie de les mettre.
