One night stay before the Ferry

Blooming jasmine bushes in the front yard, nice stairs, spacious apartment, high ceiling, 2 isolated bedroms, cosy bathroom - all you need for good rest before the morning ferry. The location is great - just 10-15 min to the port.

The kitchen utensils and dishes are very basic, though it's enough for one night stay. The construction work around the building may wake you up earlier than you planned. The area around is not for night walks.

Large appartement, responsive host, Free parking, fridge, freezer and a bialetti. 8 minute walk to city center and 15-20 min to the ferry. Piombino is a great place to discover the wider area and Elba

There is a train line right next to the apartment which startled us the first time one went by. Also, parking outside on street is available but cam be a little tricky.

We stayed just for one night, to get the ferry in the morning. We had everything we needed for the night. The appartement is very big with all the Equipment you May need. The owner was very nice and helpful. Great pizza place nearby ! (Mondo Pizza)

The train tracks were very close, it was no Problem for us but if you stay longer it might bother you.

The appartament was beautifully clean and presented, homely, spacious with attention to detail. I highly recommend it, especially the value for money at the time of booking. Check in process was smooth, with key code to enter at a time of ease for me. I enjoyed hearing the trains go past, and the ease of being so close to the train station and the center of town.

We used this apartment as a short stop over befoe we embarked to Elba.

Communication with the host was easy and excellent. The apartment is very spacious and was super clean. The apartment is close and in walking distance to the lovely centre of Piombino. A supermarket is also close by. We can recommend this apartment and it's host.

We didn't mind, but this apartment is very close to the railway were trains come by during the day.

L'appartement fait l'affaire!

Le rapport qualité-prix est très bon. La déco est colorée, agréable pour une famille avec enfants et joyeuse. On s'y sent bien même si on entend les trains passer.

Les indications pour trouver le numéro de la rue étaient insuffisantes, d'autant que le gps nous envoyait toujours dans une résidence d'immeubles. Le rideau de la douche était branlant, à refixer.

Più attenzione nei dettagli....ma tutto sommato bene.

La posizione, la tranquillità, la disposizione della casa. Le indicazioni di accesso e la comunicazione con il proprietario, perfette....sempre disponibile! Nonostante non sia un b&b, abbiamo trovato a disposizione la caffettiera ed il caffè!👍

Alla struttura si accede da un giardinetto che non è molto curato (bisognerebbe migliorarlo/sistemarlo)....PECCATO! Le lenzuola erano macchiate, e con qualche capello sparso, ma non erano sporche e/o utilizzate da altri.... un pò più di attenzione!

Das Appartement war sehr groß!

Die Lage ist schon frech - das Appartement liegt in einem abgerockten Viertel, auf der einen Seite direkt ein verlassenes Gewerbeobjekt, auf das man schaut (große leere Gebäude, in denen Tauben wohnen und Müll auf dem Hof liegt) auf der anderen Seite sind direkt (und ich meine damit direkt) die Bahnschienen. Das Außengelände ist verwahrlost, schmutzig und ungemütlich. Man kann dort nicht sitzen, es grenzt an die Schienen und ist dreckig sowie voller Ameisen. Die Fotos davon haben mit der Realität nichts zu tun. Das Appartement selbst ist zwar sehr großzügig aber schmuddelig, schlecht ausgestattet und ungemütlich. Die Betten sind wackelig und haben alte Matratzen.

Für eine Nacht in Hafennähe okei

Wir nutzten das Appartment für eine Nacht, da wir am nächsten Tag die Fähre nach Elba genommen haben. Für eine Nacht passt das Appartment gut, gute Lage, weil es sehr nahe am Hafen ist. Die Kommunikation mit dem Inhaber war einfach und er hat uns alles gut erklärt.

Im Eingangsbereich befand sich eine Ameisenstraße. Die Möbel waren leider abgenutzt.

Sehr individuell und gemütlich eingerichtetes Appartement mit viel Platz. Hab mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt. War nur für eine Nacht dort. Den Zugverkehr hab ich daher kaum mitbekommen. Fährhafen fussläufig erreichbar.

Keine Mikrowelle oder ein Ofen vorhanden.

Im Badezimmer schimmelt es sehr doll, sodass es in der gesamten Wohnung danach riecht. In der Menge ist es auf jeden gesundheitsschädlich und keiner schöner Ort, um dort mit sehr kleinen Kindern sich aufzuhalten bzw zu schlafen.
