Comodità e spazio, ma look da migliorare

Anche se in città (in periferia,, ben rappresentata dai tipici condominii di... periferia) l'appartamento è sito in un piccolo borghetto di piccole case, alcune ristrutturate e altre, come quella in cui l appartamento si trova, che avrebbero bisogno di esserlo. La posizione è comoda x accedere al supermercato e ai servizi, e vicinissimo al promontorio che da Calamoresca arriva fino a Baratti. Ideale se si vuole fare lunghe passeggiate in mezzo alla natura e accedere alle cale sul mare (roccia e non spiaggia).

L appartamento anche se pulito, molto spazioso e con tutte le comodità è un po' datato, e potrebbe essere valorizzato meglio con l arredamento e un po' di restyling.

bel soggiorno sereno e rilassante

Molte cose mi sono piaciute a partire dalla casa, una vecchia casa rurale ristrutturata con grande gusto senza snaturarne le caratteristiche, la terrazza, il silenzio, la possibilità di stendere, la vicinanza agli splendidi sentieri del promontorio di Piombino per raggiungere le tante calette: Calamoresca è davvero molto vicina, 10-15 minuti a piedi, e da lì si dipartono i due sentieri uno di costa e l'altro di crinale che portano fino a Baratti. Sebbene in questo bel contesto rurale con un albero di fico che arriva in terrazza e un albicocco che ti accoglie sulle scale, e si è in piana città con i servizi vicini.

Vita lenta e relax in Piombino.

Tutto organizzato al meglio, arredo essenziale ma particolare al tempo stesso. La doppia altezza dei soffitti rende tutto più spazioso. Ci siamo trovati benissimo

Semplicemente Consiglierei di posizionare dei vasi e far crescere delle siepi sul terrazzino in modo da arricchire di verde e soprattutto dividere garantendo privacy i terrazzi comunicanti.

Posizione top

Le stanze sono molto grandi, i soffitti molto alti, il letto matrimoniale è grandissimo e comodissimo. La posizione è ottima, vicino a Salivoli e a Calamoresca. I servizi sono vicinissimi. La cucina è arredata con elettrodomestici moderni.

Nel trilocale non è presente l'aria condizionata, nell'altro appartamento, bilocale, sì. Questa cosa andrebbe specificata meglio in fase di prenotazione.

Krásný byt,krásné pláže,ve vedrech však komplikované.

Apartmán je moc hezký,čistý,vkusně zařízený. Sice se nachází mezi bytovými domy,ale pěšky se dá dojít na krásné pláže (15-40minut). Velký supermarket 10minut pěšky.

Bohužel jsme zde byli v době velmi vysokých teplot a apartmán nemá klimatizaci. Vzhledem k tomu,že je pod střechou a ta není odizolována, bylo zde i 30 stupňů a téměř nebylo možné byt vyvětrat. Je třeba mít otevřená okna a na to je čtvrť bohužel moc hlučná.

Klidná lokalita, ubytování v klidné oblasti. Do ochodu cca 5 minut, na pláž cca 10 minut. Příjemné matrace. Ubytování velké a vzdušné.
