tres bon accueil , hôte tres sympathique et réactif superbe appartement très bien situé , 6 mn du supermarché à pied et 8 mn de la plage à pied et 15 mn centre ville à pied appartement confort avec un super patio terrasse , appartement tres propre, neuf , beaucoup de rangements une immense piscine à disposition endroit ideal pour des vacances entre Pise, Florence et Sienne tout en étant proche de la mer
check out à 9h le matin, peut etre un peu tot le reste est top

Velký prostorný apartmán s mnoha postelemi, velkou, stinnou terasou a dvěma koupelnami. Okna i terasa situovány do zahrady. Klidné místo. Velmi blízko obchodu a nedaleko pláží. Apartmán v přízemí. Dostačující vybavení. Pohodlné parkování v uzamykatelném, pěkném a udržovaném areálu plném zeleně. Čistý bazén - otevřeno má jen v letní sezónu v určitých hodinách. Dobrý poměr kvality a ceny. San Vincenzo je příjemné městečko s několika obchody a mnoha plážemi. Možnost výletů do měst a míst Toskánska. Dobrý kraj, příjemní lidé.
Trošku zanedbaná údržba - pod kuchyňskou linkou tekla voda zpoza pračky, kape vodovodní baterie v kuchyni, drobně poškozené, ale funkční sprchy. Malý výběr nádobí - chybí třeba naběračka. Není to nic zásadního, věřím, že majitel po sezóně dá vše do pořádku. Složitější používání klíče k brankám do areálu. Elektrické zásuvky jsou trochu jiné a není jich mnoho, nutnost použít adaptér na zástrčky s uzemňovacím kolíkem. Zvláštní chuť vody, někomu nemusí chutnat - možnost koupit balenou v blízkém obchodě.
