Wunderbar für Ausflüge an den Strand, mit dem Velo oder zum Joggen.
Gut eingerichtet, nette Vermieter, gedeckter Platz zum draussen sitzen.
Gut zu wissen: die Anlage ist Kinderfreundlich, dementsprechend auch trubel bei den nahen Nachbarn und die Wände sind nicht schallisoliert. Hat uns aber nicht gestört da wir zeitlich gut aneinander vorbeigekommen sind.

Struttura nel verde, accogliente e tranquillissima. Piscina molto bella e colazione buonissima con prodotti freschi e fatti da loro.

Very nice,clean and comfortable cottage. We enjoyed every minute. The owner, Marco is very helpful and friendly. He gave us a bottle of wine wich we opened when we came back to Switzerland. The bottle brought us back in Toscana immediately, we enjoyed every glas. As a restaurant owner, I have to say, Marco is producing excellent wine, and he is a excellent host.
Everything was perfect.

Location is promoted as Agriturismo, and usually we prefer this kind of locations as they are placed in peaceful and remote locations. But this property is situated next to highway, and as there is no air conditioner in the room, we had to sleep with open windows. Sound travels all through the valley - not only from highway, but from seaside discos as well.
It was my great mistake to take property without air conditioner - it that heat, it almost spoiled the whole impression from Bolgheri.
