Charming, well designed, lovely small hotel in the best place in Vincenza, in the hart of the old town. Lovely staff, helped us almost as friends. Great, tasty breakfast, extra variation of foods. Comfortable rooms. Clever, adorable parking system. We fall in love with the hotel and the city.

The Staff, Guilia and the lady the following morning, I did not get her name... from Sicily, were fantastic!! The comfort of the room, great for relaxing and sleeping. The breakfast was superb! There was a problem with the room we reserved and Guilia offered us a few additional options and we opted to stay in the room originally booked and she reduced the bill by 10%. It was nice that she offered these options a day or 2 prior to us checking in. Quite proactive!!

Getting the "feel" for how the hotel was laid out confused me quite a bit but in fairness, I confuse easily. The entry door opens in to a hallway type setting and you have to take an elevator up one floor to check in. If there are signs, we did not see them. The various touchless key entry points and such... once we figured them out, were intuitive to use. The climate control for the 2 separate rooms was a small challenge to figure out the programming. Again, more of a me problem tho the cycling between on and off seemed easily overwhelmed. We had to restart the system(s) a couple of times vs. "set and forget" during our stay. No biggie.
