The staff was the best thing about this hotel, everyone we dealt with was so helpful, nice, friendly. I’m sorry I didn’t get everyone’s names because they were all great but especially Vadim. The location is perfect, close to everything and parking was so easy. The room and bathroom were huge! There were tons of towels and fantastic storage in the bathroom. It was also nice to have a little balcony on to the main street.
There were all sorts of issues with the room. The problem was mainly the bathroom. It was huge and had a very large double vanity cabinet. But while we had loads of towels there was not one single towel bar! Literally nowhere to hang a towel! And the shower was quite small for the size of the room. There was no luggage rack, not enough hangers, no glasses, just plastic cups. We really liked the hotel but it was missing so many comfort and convenience features that are expected of this calibre hotel.

Location was excellent.
The room had a moldy smell. Every time someone flushed a toilet or showered upstairs it felt like the water was rushing through my walls. So loud. Found hairs on a towel. Also the hallway was roo noisy because of all the hard surfaces.
