A great place to stay but with some issues

The staff was the best thing about this hotel, everyone we dealt with was so helpful, nice, friendly. I’m sorry I didn’t get everyone’s names because they were all great but especially Vadim. The location is perfect, close to everything and parking was so easy. The room and bathroom were huge! There were tons of towels and fantastic storage in the bathroom. It was also nice to have a little balcony on to the main street.

There were all sorts of issues with the room. The problem was mainly the bathroom. It was huge and had a very large double vanity cabinet. But while we had loads of towels there was not one single towel bar! Literally nowhere to hang a towel! And the shower was quite small for the size of the room. There was no luggage rack, not enough hangers, no glasses, just plastic cups. We really liked the hotel but it was missing so many comfort and convenience features that are expected of this calibre hotel.

Vicenza is a lovely little town, and this beautiful house is situated right in the heart of it.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay! The breakfast was delightful, the staff was exceptionally welcoming, and the location couldn't be better. Vicenza is a charming little town, and this old Venetian-style house is perfectly nestled in the heart of it all. You'll love every moment here! Breakfast was good, the staff was friendly, and the location was excellent.

Don't go expecting luxury, as this is more value for money than luxe. The room was nice, cosy but basic.

Very large room, well located to visit the city center, beautiful restauration of an ancient villa.

A bit pricey for what it offers and the breakfast finishes way too early (9:30-they start to remove the dishes at 9:20)

The hotel is in a convenient location, not far from the main square; the rooms are quiet and comfortabe. The breakfast is excellent!

Not much effort goes into the decor of the rooms, which are aesthetically a bit sterile. This comes in sharp contrast with the elegance of the building itself.

Great location for visiting Vicenza

The hotel is really well situated. Even though it is on the main street in Vicenza it is quiet at night. An easy walk to all the places to visit. The breakfast was great and the staff were all really welcoming.

The room had a moldy smell. Every time someone flushed a toilet or showered upstairs it felt like the water was rushing through my walls. So loud. Found hairs on a towel. Also the hallway was roo noisy because of all the hard surfaces.

Charming hotel on the main historical street of Vicenza

Charming little hotel situated in a 16 century Palazzo on the main street of the old town of Vicenza. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a fairly standard "continental breakfast" but served with a cheerful smile.

We stayed in room 208. Incredibly large and comfortable. Probably the largest room in the entire property The staff (the receptionist who welcomed us) was extremely kind and cordial. He recommended several restaurants, which we visited and all of them were excellent
