The location of the hotel is very central, 5 min walk to Palladio. Cleanliness is excellent. Initially we booked a small room with breakfast — the hotel got in touch afterwards stating that they won’t be able to serve breakfast for a while and they could give us a free upgrade to make up for it. We got to stay in a bigger room and they were serving croissants, coffee and orange juice in a room in the lobby area for guests’ comfort. First night we had an issue with the heating of the room so the staff immediately gave us a Dyson heater and offered to change the room. They didn’t charge us for the first night. Although there were some mishaps, the attentiveness and positive attitude of the staff made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. We would def come back.
