Its not look like 4 star hotel. Am a frequent traveller. Remote tv not working, only plastic glass available, fridge very small,all round looks like normal hotel. Atleast keep one bottle water complimentry. And arrangements of room very bad. In front of mirror kept tv. Mobile charging plug also not available. Very bad

The property has tons of potential due to its location.

Location is great if you want to be near centro. Our family room was spacious with separate bedrooms!

Overpriced and in poor condition with old torn furniture. Marks all over walls. Wall paper is coming unglued in bathroom. Sloppy repair work can be seen. Breakfast not included.

Sorry, but I would never come back

Breakfast and staff in the restaurant - very polite. And the Chinese restaurant next door was good.

The deluxe room photos on the page doesnt match the room we got. The room is big but hardly belive that is 32 m2 and it is not the one on the presentation photos. Anyway that is not the main issue. We had bad luck with the room neighbors. and that is not the hotel responsibility. An lunatic drunk pair who was shouting till morning. We went to the receptionist at 3am and he called them and they callmed a little but still we did not sleep. I do understand that is a unlucky situation but what realy bothers me that the previous day the lunatic couple (and I mean it) used three tables in front of the hotel, drinking beers, throwing cigarette butts and trash all around ant the girl vomited twice from the chair on the floor. The next day at 11 am the empty bottles, trash and vomit on the floor was still there after 18 hours and most of the hotel guests passing by at least once. In front of the restaurant and breakfast room. This is unreal for a 2 star hole and not for an 4 stars Superior hotel. Also the neighborhood is quite degenarated. The walk to the centre is nice distance but my wife said that she would never do it alone.

The staff were friendly and the room clean. It just felt out dated and tired. The rooms were out of date and the decor old. I paid for a suit but really didn't feel there was any benefit as no TV in the living room so it was a bit pointless.

We enjoyed everything during our stay in the hotel.

We got a very spacious and clean room. A good shower with lots of accessories. The hotel restaurant (in the evening) is excellent. We received excellent service. good breakfast Spacious parking. 15 minutes walking distance from the city center. Score: 10+++

it is a modern hotel on the outskirts of Vicenza, with an underground parking, so it’s very convenient to come and leave by car. Approximately 10-15 minutes walking distance from the city centre, so the location is ok, if you don’t mind walking. ( we were totally fine with it). The rooms are spacious .

one of those properties in Italy when the air conditioner in the room is centrally controlled. So, since it wasn’t super hot outside, the AC was turned off without us able to turn it on from the room. Opening the windows to let the fresh air in is not a great idea, since viale Verona is a busy street, so it is very noisy. Also, despite all the renovations, it seems that the shower on the top floor was leaking… so we saw the increasing spots on our ceiling every morning.

during Vicenza Fair there are not all that many options to stay as there is no Uber and taxi service is questionable at

location is great and breakfast is very good

the door to the room doesn’t close properly and did feel all that safe. I was left a complementary bottle of water and then charged for it. no body lotion and conditioner. checkout took 20 minutes. charged in three bits and there was no one unified professional bill, just three supermarket checkout receipt type slips. not as efficient as I would have liked it to be.
