The breakfast was great. The location, staff, and beds were all very nice. I highly recommend staying here.
The only small thing I didn’t like is the double rooms are very small, but it was comfortable.

Everything! Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, room was lovely and clean, warm and with fresh bottled water. Great location and the breakfast was excellent
I would have added a box of tissues to the bedroom. And that’s it!

warmth of hotel , heating good in room also location good for shopping and eating
no bar or restaurant facilities, breakfast hot food was cold, cold eggs so if you don't go for a hot breakfast you will be ok
shuttle for jewellery fare only took 8 people which is ridiculous as there were a lot more people and you had to make sure you got down early to secure your place, with traffic so bad if you had to wait until the next one then you would miss your first appointment.
