About this house rental
You will find this home on a quiet residential street in Tootgarook. At the front of the house is the main bedroom with ensuite and a large carpeted lounge room for the adults to relax in. Through a sliding door which leads to the kitchen/dining and family room area. There is a decking area with BBQ and outdoor table and chairs. Steps lead you down to a secure back yard for children with a grassed area to play on. A paved area shaded by tea trees is a lovely retreat from the afternoon summer sun.
The neighbourhood is away from the hustle and bustle of Rye township but only a 2 minute drive to Rye shopping centre where all your essentials can be purchased.
Its essential to have a car to visit the many attractions such as wineries, golf courses, day spas, and surf beaches to name a few.
Enjoy a day trip on the ferry from Sorrento to Queenscliff. You can either put your car on the ferry or be a passenger. The trip is about 50 minutes and a very nice way to see the sights.

Friends and I spent the grand final weekend in this house for a Mother/Daughter get away and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. Nice quiet street, comfortable and relaxed living are the best features of this place. Super close to the Peninsula Hot Springs and local shops and cafes. House was clean with comfy beds, heaps of place settings in the kitchen and all the other mod cons for a home away from home! Only thing we found a bit of trouble with was the drive way. A little steep but manageable with a bit of practise! Thanks for a great stay!!
