Modern kitchen with bifold servery window opening out to a large deck that overlooks the back lawn that provides the perfect setting for a BBQ after a day at the beach.
Large grassed backyard area running the full length of the house is well suited to families with kids, the cubby house is also a great bonus for the kids.
Only a ten minute (900 metres) walk to Rye front beach, and walk along the beach for a few minutes and you are at the Rye strip of shops with lots of cafes to choose from.
Spacious bedrooms with built in wardrobes.
Air Conditioning/Heating - Split System - one large system in the living room.
Entertaining deck with with BBQ/dining table and ample seating

The house was very clean and check-in process was easy. We were basically just after beds for night and it met our needs adequately.

House hadn’t been cleaned from previous use but cleaner was sent as soon as manager alerted.Beds were not too comfy and one bunkbed was very squeakyProperty itself is lovely location is great and house has everything you need

Thanks for the accomodation- was lovely and cozy - the only feedback we had was that there was a mouse or rat that definitely helped themselves to a loaf of raisin bread during the night! We woke to find the raisin bread nibbled into and eaten by mice or a rat! It happens and it’s totally fine, but perhaps need some bait in the roof or something for pest control. Thanks so much!
