Charming House; Walk to Beach & Shops

Lots of room, clean, good location.

Instructions for the oven hot plate needed

Kitchen and bathrooms well set up had everything we needed. Home heating was great. Patio lovely in the afternoon sunset. Close to beach, restaurants and shops. Cheap UBER to wineries.

The yard was a little overgrown, some landscaping appeared to be in progress. The rundown shed a little distracting from sunset views.

Inside of the house is clean and spacious. The heater works great. Kitchen and the dining area is functional. The two bathrooms are good. A suggestion: it would be nice if there’s a full mirror in each bedroom as there’s none in this 4 bedrooms house.

Outside of the house is a different story 😌 Cobwebs are everywhere. The facade is rundown and not being look after. The lawn is overgrown, not being mowed. It looks like the house has been empty, no one has been living in it. It looks sad from the outside 😌

Inside fitted out well

No compendium or information about the area. Ducted gas heating didn’t work so living areas very cold, exterior of house unkempt with yard filled with weeds and litter out back, two washing machines but no drier, shower in front bathroom leaked, amenities in bathrooms just cheap commercial shampoo body wash etc in dented containers, unprepossessing neighbourhood although quiet, no window coverings on back windows facing west so would be very hot in summer as air conditioning units only in bedrooms, information on website says suitable for families and pets however no fencing at front and backyard had a tree stump covered in black plastic and litter lying around - all in all the not so “charming house” it purports to be. We checked out a day early as so cold in living areas
