Escape to Balloch Braes and enjoy all that Blairgowrie and Sorrento have to offer.
Located on a pretty street, half way between the front beach and back beach and a 5 minute drive to historic Sorrento, you can fill your days with a range of activities to suit your taste.
Balloch Braes is a fully renovated three bedroom house with an open plan kitchen, dining and living area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stainless steel dishwasher, microwave, full sized fridge, oven and electric hotplate
All major utensils, cutlery, crockery, glasses, saucepans etc are provided.
The big screen QUHD 4K television and DVD player allows you to catch up on a few of those movies you have been meaning to watch! An IPOD dock is provided.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, walk in robe and ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen bed, built in robes and is located next to the family bathroom. The third bedroom sleeps four, with two sets of sturdy bunks with safety rails, and built in robes.
The kid's bedroom also has a television, DVD player and WII games console to provide a space for the kids to relax away from the grown-ups. There are some console games and board games provided however you may also wish to bring your own!
The family bathroom has a bath and shower over the bath. There is a separate toilet and a second toilet in the ensuite.
The laundry is equipped with a front loading washing machine and bar fridge.
All bedrooms and living spaces are cooled by system air conditioning, providing a welcome relief on those warm, summer days.
Good quality doonas, pillows and doona covers are all provided. BYO sheets and towels.

We enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable beds good set up . Plenty of games for wet weather, easy access to the beach. Easy to care for dog, fully fenced area.

We enjoyed our stay and its location to back beach walks and bike paths, and walkable distance to the front beach. We took our two dogs who were quite happy in the front yard as this was the more secure yard. They loved the long walks. It was a relatively quiet place - especially during the week and beds were really comfortable. Kaylene was great to deal with and very helpful with our inquiries and our stay. Lovely area. Worth a visit.
