Trinity Beach House

This is a beautiful big home but just needs a good clean of windows , dusting and patios which didn't appear to have been cleaned for years . We would have loved to have sat out on them . Perfect position to walk to most things .

I would have loved to find it dusted and cleaner . Plants and window sills were covered in dust and even the kitchen counter . I have allergies and so do my family . I expected a TV upstairs to be working and it was not . We could not get the hotplates to work upstairs and had to use the downstairs gas hot plates to cook all our meals and breakfast every day . Not good when you are older . We could not get a return phone call from anyone at the office to speak to us even after leaving a few messages . I would not use that rental company again .

Great layout for family, with plenty of space and a backyard. Bedroom configurations are great. Kitchen is perfect if you want to stay in and cook.

The area is a little run down, surrounded by opp shops and not many good hospitality venues. But we found some good cafes and restaurants in Rye and Dromana.

Location was the best! short walk to the beach, the pier and the shops! couldn't ask for a better!

not a biggie but some fly screens and window coverings were broken, could have been good to start us off with some coffee beans, but due to our short stay we decided not to go buy a whole bag.

Basically the house was beautiful and very suitable for a family beach holiday. The floors, bathroom and kitchen areas were well cleaned. The location was wonderful - a 5 minute walk to the beach and a strip of great shops including a wonderful Italian deli (La Casa Nostra) and a huge fruit and vege shop with groceries, plus a strip of great opp shops.. Potentially an excellent property.

We arrived to one overflowing bin covered in ants, the other bin was missing, uncleaned bbq and outdoor table, filthy balcony areas with a dangerously broken and splintered chair on one. Broken kitchen cupboard doors propped against the wall. The stove top didn't work, nor the downstairs tv. The table tennis table had old paint cans and a broken bucket to replace the missing net. The couch in the rumpus room was in pieces on the floor with one of the many broken blinds from the property dumped on it. Broken blinds and fly wires in every room. A window rusted open in upstairs bathroom. Fans not working in upstairs bathroom and one downstairs. Rusting outdoor furniture. Exposed nails and rusted bands on a broken pot at the front door. Some serious OHS issues.
