About this house rental
Serenity Now (Short Stay Registration Number STRA0377/22)
During the regular off-peak Autumn/Winter/Spring period (not including public and school holidays), we can provide a 'special offer' which is to add in one extra night free of charge when you book at least two nights or two extra nights if you book at least four nights. If you wish to take up this option, reach out to us in the first instance to determine the correct booking process.
Our home is fully set up to allow our guests to concentrate on enjoying their stay and spending time on themselves, family or loved ones.
Three immaculately presented, great sized rooms allow you to settle in with comfort.
The house has fully functioning kitchen and amenities as well as an outdoor BBQ.
The living area extends onto a large outdoor patio area via large sliding glass doors which brings the outdoors indoors and vice versa. This is the ideal space for sitting back and entertaining. The patio is covered by a good sized verandah allowing the space to be used in all sorts of weather conditions, extending the livable area.
The following is a summary of our Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct requires guests to:
• Behave responsibly during your stay. Loud yelling, screaming, cheering and aggressive behaviour is NOT acceptable and may result in the early termination of your stay if a complaint is received by Council
• No additional accommodation is permitted on site such as tents, caravans, campervans
• Do not use outdoor areas for activity between 11.00 pm to 7.00 am
• Place all waste into the bins provided prior to leaving
• Park all vehicles within the property boundary.
Additionally, we require you to:
• Abide by the conditions, rules and policies detailed within the online booking platform associated with your short stay rental agreement.
Please be mindful while enjoying your stay that surrounding neighbours live in this community and are entitled to peace and amenity in their residential area, thank you.
A serious breach of the Code of Conduct may result in the termination of your rental agreement and require you to immediately vacate the property.

This was the best accomodation house that I have ever stayed at. 100% recommend this place if you want a relaxing trip away. The house was super clean, tidy, comfortable and had everything you needed. It had a great outdoor seating area. Great TV, good wifi connection. It s close to everything. 10/10. Excellent.

It was our annual mom’s weekend away. The venue was great as we could walk into town, the beach and it was easy to access everything we needed. The home is comfortable and clean. We were nicely surprised with a box of chocolates and a bottle of wine placed for us in the kitchen. Overall we had a great time

There was no air-conditioner/heater in any of the bedrooms, so it was quite uncomfortable to get a goodnight’s sleep. Ventilation was poor, so in the larger room sleeping both adults and children, we had to leave the door ajar. The lack of air flow made the rooms smelt musty after a few days despite leaving the window opened in the day.
Pet door was too tight for our dog. So our pooch couldn’t squeeze through which meant we had to keep him indoors since there was no Kennel outside. Unfortunately this Christmas holidays was cold so we had to keep our dog inside, including the times when we had to leave him alone whilst we went out. Since he couldn’t get through the pet door, we had to take turns waking up at night to let him out to pee. Owner had issues about finding a few pee stains on the wall after we left but it’s not as though we intentionally let it happen. Yet, we were charged to clean up a few spots that would only cost a few cents in wipes.
There was no hose or tub for a dog bath either (house ad says pet friendly)
Movie library, internet reception and outdoor BBQ was up to expectation.
The dining table could only sit 4 people at most. The rest had to use the bar stools.
One shower for the whole household was difficult. There was a single bath tub in another room but no shower or toilet. A separate second toilet outside the house was interesting.
Overall, tolerable but not quite worth what you pay.
