The property was lovely. Bunk beds contained up to 6 kids, and the back yard was perfect for a ball. Easy walking distance to the shops, skate park (basic) and beach.
Driveway is great for younger kids with scooters also.
Beds and pillows were comfortable.
Provision of basic supplies (body wash, tea bags, oil, etc), wifi, books and board games was a nice touch and helpful.
Given wooden floors, for large groups of guests, an extra couch would be nice but we made use of kitchen chairs when everyone was present for a movie.
A lock on the bathroom door is also needed - unsettling to shower when kids don’t knock and then leave the door open. 🤪

breakfast was not included, location being only a block away from the beach was exceptional
maybe a tv in the 2nd living area & a deck chair outside, but neither detracted from our stay
