An Oasis in Rosebud is only 1 km from the bay beach and central to all locations.
Wake up and have a breakfast under the pergola before going for a quick dip in the pool. What a way to start your day. Plan your day. Going for a coffee at the many cafés Rosebud has to offer, Plaza shopping, choosing one of the beautiful beaches along the peninsula, choosing children’s activities such as Mini golf, Bowling, riding bikes along the foreshore, horse riding and many more. And for other enjoyable activities why not try the local wineries, golf, Peninsula hot spring spa, fishing off the pier, hiring a boat or bring your own or just stay in, enjoy a day in the pool and later after the kids have gone to sleep relax in the hot spa and think about it tomorrow.
This home is wonderfully prepared to make your stay a stress free and enjoyable one. It is fully renovated and exceptionally clean, freshly painted with polished floor boards. You'll have all the comforts you need to thoroughly enjoy yourself and re-charge those batteries. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher to cater for all your cooking requirements, as well as a wonderful BBQ under our pergola for easy outdoor dining. The Lounge has Large Plasma TV, air-conditioner and an open fire place which can be enjoyed all year round. The meals area is large enough to entertain, which has a split system air-conditioner and a wall mounted Plasma for your enjoyment.
Don’t forget the swimming pool. If the beach is not your scene just laze around the pool and relax.
The Property is fully fenced and secure and has plenty of off street parking.
The Pergola offers spacious outdoor dining area with Gas BBQ and outdoor setting, the back yard consist of beautiful plants and palm trees to complete the oasis.

The hosts were very welcoming and lovely. The house was great, clean with lots of space. The beds very comfortable. We all loved the pool and spa. Located close to shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

Hosts were fantastic. So lovely and kind. House was amazing for a large family get away. Clean, tidy, and plenty of room. Outdoors was a major hit for everyone. Great entertainment space for all ages. Would 1000% recommend

Honestly can’t fault this house! We have been here as a group 3 times now and we are still welcomed with a smile from the owners. Being a group a ladies sometimes some of our booking plans have not gone to plan. We are very thankful that you trust us to take care of your home. Thanks for having us once again!

We had a girls weekend away and absolutely loved the property. Toni and Sam were so easy and lovely to deal with. The house was absolutely spotless! Outdoor areas were perfect, and the location is great. We can't wait to come back next year.
