The property is well equipped for a large family, or even 2 families, consisting of 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Living room has an 54in LCD TV, DVD player, and stereo with AUX inputs, Wood Fire place, Air Conditioning and ceiling fan. Freshly updated fully functioning kitchen with stone benchtops. Equipped with gas cooktop, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine, large dining table with 8 chairs opening up to undercover outdoor area with Gas BBQ and outdoor table setting. Laundry is also available with washing machine.
With the properties central location every attraction is at your door step, from the sandy beaches and bonus attractions including wineries, golf courses, strawberry and cherry picking farms, restaurants along with the Peninsula Hot Springs and Spas and Moonah links golf club.

Well presented beautiful home in a fabulous location. Communication was wonderful and host was very accommodating. Marshall Marvel has everthing you could possibly need including comfotable beds.

Good spaces for my family to be together or apart. Well equipped kitchen. Just a short trip to the beach or the supermarket. Easy travelling to the different attractions and then nice to come back to.
