Thank you for a truly wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we were given such a warm welcome. Trish, Dave and Sue were incredibly friendly and full of helpful advice on what to see and do in the area — their local knowledge really made a difference and helped us make the most of our time in Fort William. The lodge itself exceeded all our expectations. It was absolutely pristine, beautifully presented, and so comfortable — we were able to relax straight away. The thoughtful touches like milk in the fridge and biscuits waiting for us made it feel even more special. You can really tell how much time, care, and attention goes into making sure every guest has the best possible stay. Thank you again, Trish,Dave and Sue for a fantastic experience — we hope to return!

Spotlessly clean chalet in beautiful surroundings, with lovely woodland/river walks and half an hour’s drive from Fort William. So much to see in the Highlands. We explored the local Glen Roy Nature Reserve, hiked to the Steall Falls waterfall, climbed Ben Nevis, saw the Jacobite steam train cross the Glenfinnan viaduct and drove along Loch Ness up to Inverness and the Culloden Battlefield. Just an amazing week! David and Trish could not have been more friendly or helpful. One of our favourite holidays.. we hope to return!
The shower may be a little small for a larger person but this is the only smallest negative in an overwhelmingly perfect stay.
(The short road into the park has lots of potholes as others have said, but if you take it very slowly it’s fine, in no way should this deter you from staying here.)

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Bunroy Park during our holiday, and we cannot recommend it highly enough.
From the very beginning, David and Trish went above and beyond for us. After a terrible experience at a hotel in Aviemore, we contacted them in hope of arriving a day earlier. David kindly called us immediately, and together they prepared a lodge for us without hesitation. Their kindness, helpfulness, and generosity truly set them apart – we felt genuinely cared for from the very first moment.
The lodge itself was absolutely fantastic – spotlessly clean, spacious, and full of thoughtful little touches that made our stay special. Trish had even prepared tea, biscuits, and milk for us on arrival, which was such a warm and welcoming gesture. We loved the attention to detail throughout, from the sensor windows that automatically closed when it started to rain, to the bird feeder right next to our terrace where we could sit with a coffee and watch the birds. On top of that, we were lucky enough to spot rabbits and ducks just outside, which made the whole experience even more magical.
The lodge was also very well-equipped for relaxing evenings. It had a Smart TV, so we could easily watch Netflix or Prime, as well as a DVD player. David and Trish even offer a great selection of DVDs at the reception area, which was such a thoughtful touch.
The atmosphere in the park is peaceful and relaxing, with stunning scenery all around. It’s the perfect base for exploring the Highlands, but equally, it’s a place where you simply want to stay put and enjoy the calm.
David and Trish are truly wonderful hosts, and thanks to them, our holiday turned into something unforgettable. We left feeling refreshed and grateful, and we will definitely return. Bunroy Park is a hidden gem that deserves every bit of praise.

We stayed in a 2-room house, which was very spacious and fully equipped and furnished, including washing machine, dishwasher, stove, drain room facility, etc. Because of these facilities, we could conveniently cook our dinner after visiting the Highlands all day, and prepare breakfast before going out again. As we had travelled for more than a week before arriving at the Park, the availability of the washing machine was the most helpful.
All four of us were very pleased with this 2-room house. Also, the hosts, David and Trish, were very friendly and helpful, and their warmth made us feel like at home while we were actually thousands of miles away from home. If we visit the Highlands again, we surely will stay there again.
The only thing that may need improvement was WIFI availability. As it was a long weekend holiday in the UK at the time of our stay, many local people also went to and stayed in the Park by means of caravans, etc. Because of the unexpected surge in the number of WIFI users, this made connectivity not easy. But there was no such problem anymore once many of the local people left the Park the following Monday. As such, we believe this was an incident of pure coincidence only.

We stayed in a lovely chalet style cottage. The house was beautiful and the views from the living room were breathtaking. The best part about our stay at Bunroy Park was the hosts. David and Trish are very approachable and warm people. They provide valuable local insights, which were very helpful to explore the beautiful Scottish highlands.

We loved our 3 night stay. The cabin was very clean and meticulously maintained. It was very well equipped and felt brand new. The grounds were lovely with an accessible picturesque river frontage and wonderful mountain views. There are lots of great walks in the area and the friendly owners are willing to help with everything. Although the park is near a railway station there is no noise from trains or traffic as it is well set back from the road. Good supermarkets in the nearby town, so great for self-catering.
Nothing to dislike. As it says in the description, it has a double bed, which is only an issue if you are tall like me. Good quality mattress, though, so still comfortable.

We loved our stay in the cabin! David and Trish are great hosts. The cabin is well equipped, has comfortable bed and is spotless clean. We love the attention to details (there is milk, orange juice, chocalates etc in the fridge upon arrival). We can definitely recommend Bunroy Park!

The park is 700m away from Roy Bridge train station and easily accessible by car, yet it feels very secluded and one can go for walks in nature right out of the back if the property. We could park our car in front of our cottage.
The house was very well furnished: two nice bedrooms, good size living room, just refurbished bathroom that looked very nice. All very clean and made a very comfortable stay for a family of four. Further, we had a comprehensive welcome package (cookies, chocolates, milk, juice, tea, washing up liquid, salt, pepper and more). Wifi was excellent.
We thought it was a very good base to explore the region around Fort William by car (from Fort Augustus, to Glenfinnan, to Glencoe).
The hosts were very friendly.
To be energy efficient the house relies on a "booster system" for hot water. This means one has to press a button to turn on the boiler for a couple of hours. In the first couple of days we ran out of hot water for showers, but we eventually got the hang of it.

Welcome pack on arrival. Spotlessly clean and little bunnies in the fields as neighbours!
Only one tiny thing we found was is that a food waste bin would make our recycling easier.

What a delightful place.!The environment is so beautiful and peaceful, Dave and Trish are so very friendly and welcoming. We could not have felt more welcome and we certainly recommend this place to everyone!

We stayed on one of the self-catering lodges. It was very clean and well maintained. The hosts were friendly and helpful during our visit. The immediate vicinity was great - the park sits amidst woodland and adjoins a river - making it a relaxing place to spend an evening after a long day out hiking. The location, a 20 minute drive from Ben Nevis and not too far from Glencoe, is good for anyone looking to spend time at both of these places.

location was ideal for touring.
It was a very quiet and relaxing area.
Our lodge (5) was very well equipped with all mod cons and presented to a very high spec and exceptionally clean.
The entry lane needs a bit of attention ie potholes filled.
