Comfy and clean

Very clean apartment. Comfortable furniture and bed. Highly effective shutters on windows. Nicely equipped kitchen. Lots of stores and some restaurants nearby. Basic necessities like shower gel, dishwashing equipment, towels, etc. were nice.

Lights system was overkill and a bit fiddly to switch off. Location is not great, around 3 km from the beach and the old town, so if you walk the distance can feel long in summer heat. Couldn't find a microwave.

Pleasant, very comfortable stay

This is a brand new, modern property, exactly like it looks in the photo. There’s a gas station right next door in case you need a snack or some essentials. The managers are very nice and helpful. I was very comfortable here. The place is located right in the middle of Zadar and there are plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance. It’s a short drive to old town and other tourist stops.

Not a problem, but something to consider: if not a couple staying here it could be slightly awkward. the bathroom is entirely made of glass, so sitting on the toilet you face the bed. There is a screen that you can let down to block it if you want.

Very cool modern design! Enjoyed the atmospheric lights. Really nice shower. Plenty of grocery options nearby, even a 24hr bakery! Best beach is nearly a straight walk down - Kolovare beach. 👍 //Best with a car as the old town can be a bit of a walk, but I managed all on foot as I didn't have any luggage.

It was a perfect holiday in a perfect appartment

The location was perfect, easy to reach the Old Town or Kolovare beach (by car 5 min) and travel to other destination. The host was the best we ever had, very friendly, helpful to find a car for rent and to get the advise about the places to visit. The appartment was wonderful, very modern, extremaly clean and comfortable, we felt at home.

The place is located near big shopping centre. Everything is perfectly clean. The staff was really kind and friendly, willing to help with anything.

There are few bugs that are like flies in the room which were there when we came, but really it is not that big of a deal.

Einfach perfekt!

Eine sehr, sehr saubere Unterkunft, modern eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts! Die Lage ist sehr gut, man kann alles in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto/Taxi/Uber erreichen. Sergio und seine Familie sind sehr liebenswerte Menschen! Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche Wein und eine große Flasche Wasser. Zum Abschied eine Flasche Likör und eine Flasche Olivenöl. Das fand ich sehr nett und es ist nicht selbstverständlich! Es ist sehr familiär in den Haus! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Confortevole con stile moderno

Tutto perfetto, la camera arredata con uno stile molto particolare e moderno fin nei minimi particolari. Letto comodo. Cucina con tutto quello che serve. Supermercato a 5 minuti a piedi , benzinaio 100 metri aperto 24/24 Viaggiavo in moto, parcheggio adiacente alla struttura. Da provare!

Se proprio vogliamo trovare un difetto i cuscini troppo morbidi.

Camera perfetta in ogni singolo dettaglio ed il gestore è veramente tanto simpatico e molto disponibile. La posizione è leggermente fuori dal centro ma i trasporti costano poco e sono sempre disponibili.

Assolutamente nulla. Anche a seguito della disavventura vissuta, consistente nella cancellazione del volo a causa del meteo della destinazione, il gestore è stato molto disponibile nell'aiutarmi a cercare una nuova sistemazione poiché non aveva disponibilità.

До ближайшего пляжа и центра города примерно 2 километра, но в доступности есть общественный транспорт и такси. Прекрасно провели время ☺️
