Superb
Exclusive location, just a few meters from the sea, great sea views. Everything was clean, the host was welcoming and answered all our questions promptly.

The equipment of the apartment is very good, the location is good. However, the holiday ended very badly. I should have been paying attention when the owner asked for 300€ in cash (e.g. to cover breakages) when we arrived. As we didn't have that much cash on us, we transferred it. On the morning of the last day, he sent us a text message saying that he could not come to pick up the apartment. After 3 weeks I wrote to him to expect the money back. Then he told me that he would deduct 44€ because we had left the bed linen bloody/shaved. For my part, I am sure that this did not happen with us. It is a very strange procedure that without a personal receipt, on specific request, we had to beg for a refund. We are very sorry because we had a very good time there, but we will definitely not go back there again.

Erholung pur mit traumhaftem Ausblick. Gerne wieder.
Wir haben im Juni eine Woche in der oberen Wohnung gewohnt und waren begeistert. Der Ausblick von der großen, gut ausgestatteten Terrasse ( Liegen, Tisch, Stühle, Wäscheständer ) ist ein Traum. Nur die Treppe runter und ein paar Schritte über die Promenade und schon kann man im glasklaren Meer baden. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, alles ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hell, auch eine Klimaanlage ist vorhanden. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Restaurant und kleiner Einkaufsmarkt wenige Meter entfernt. Nach Zadar-Zentrum sind es mit dem Fahrrad, Roller o.ä. nur ein paar Minuten. Wir kommen gerne wieder und haben auch schon weiterempfohlen.
