Beautiful, cosy 3-family house "Anica". In the district of Diklo, 6 km from the centre of Zadar, outside the resort, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position in the residential district, 150 m from the sea, 150 m from the beach, in the countryside, south facing position. For shared use: property 300 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn and trees. Private: hot tub, parking at the house on the premises. Shop 400 m, restaurant 450 m, bus stop 400 m, rocky beach 300 m, public bathing area 2.5 km, concrete beach 150 m. Tennis, sports centre 400 m.

Gute Ferienwohnung mit normaler Ausstattung in guter Lage mit tollem Anwesen und Pool. Leider keine Fliegengitter, um die dann doch lästigen Grundstücksbewohner fern zu halten. Im ganzen aber eine schöne Unterkunft.

Haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Eigentümer waren sehr nett und es hat alles bei an und Abreise geklappt. Der tolle große Pool wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. In der Wohnung war alles sauber und es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Können diese Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen. B., M. und L.

Das Objekt war sauber, die Badezimmer leider ohne Abstell-
möglichkeiten bzw. Haken für Handtücher oder Kulturbeutel.
Es könnten 6 Personen übernachten, jedoch wäre dies sehr
beengt. Der Außenbereich mit großem Pool, den man sich mit noch zwei anderen Wohnungen teilt, (ist aber kein Problem, da der Bereich sehr großzügig ist.) sowie die Außenterrasse sind sehr großzügig und schön angelegt.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig und es ist nur ein kurzer Fußweg zum Meer. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
Bei schlechtem Wetter wäre der Bereich in der Wohnung sehr eng.
